At the beginning of September, we had the opportunity of going to a
three day Bible conference at Igreja Baptista Esperança Viva. It was a
tremendous blessing. Pastor Mark Perreira, and the people of his church,
were amazing in all that they did to host this conference.

Recently, David had a guys trip to the Castle of Moors.
This is a shot of a building just outside of the walls of the castle.
It was a very foggy and windy day... It made the
castle seem as if it were out of a movie.
These four brave, intrepid explorers scaled the walls of the castle,
conquered the Moors, and made it out alive to tell about it!

Date night! After a busy week, Sarah and I went to the Pena Palace. We took over 80
pictures, but we'll just post these for now. This palace looks like it's out of a storybook. It
has such an amazing variety of architectural styles.
After our trip to the palace, we had meal fit for
royalty at... Pizza Hut!
I thought this picture of Sarah turned out great. Notice the flag
in the background. I thought it would be the perfect picture for
a prayer card except that I'm not in it.
